What we collect
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, phone number (for email sign-up) and a securely hashed password — never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we store the name and email address Google shares with us. We use this only to run your account, for example to send a password reset link when you ask for one. We also keep short-lived technical records, such as your IP address for a limited time, to stop spam and repeated failed sign-in attempts.
Contact, review, and newsletter forms
The contact form sends what you enter (name, email and message) to our inbox (helloaicertifyinfo@gmail.com) so we can read or reply to it; we don't store contact messages ourselves. Reviews, learning paths and comments you submit are stored in our database and are reviewed by our team before they appear on the site. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address so we can send you AI certification updates. To have any of this removed, email us at helloaicertifyinfo@gmail.com.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited, how people find us, and which features (like mock exams or prompts) are popular. It uses cookies and collects anonymous usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city or country), device and browser. We don't send your name, email or anything you type into forms to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies (see above). Your browser also stores your theme preference (light or dark) and a random ID that remembers which learning paths you've liked; neither is linked to your name or email.
Links to other sites
Certification pages link out to official provider sites (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
